Ella (Katie Cassidy) and Caleb (Victor Webster) are stunned when agency owner Amanda Woodward (Heather Locklear) walks into WPK and immediately fires half the staff, including Caleb.

Amanda makes it clear to Ella that the Anton V launch party with Riley (Jessica Lucas) better go off without a hitch or Ella can vacate her office too.

Meanwhile, Auggie (Colin Egglesfield) finally succumbs to Violet’s (Ashlee Simpson-Wentz) flirtatious ways and David (Shaun Sipos) asks Lauren (Stephanie Jacobsen) out on a date.  Michael Rady and Thomas Calabro also star.

Dixon decides to pass on the event as a result of his anger over Debbie's management of the Sasha situation. Meanwhile, Kelly shows support for Silver regarding the caring of Jackie despite the fact that she does not yet know if she can ultimately forgive her mother for all the pain she has caused in the past. Navid confronts Adrianna about her drug use, and a weekend camping trip leads to Ryan and Jen's relationship climbing to a new level. Also, Naomi is caught kissing Jamie by Richard and his mother, forcing her to come clean about her plans for CU admission.

Trying to impress NYU theater kids, Blair uses her contacts to get a private concert with today's hottest performer, Lady Gaga. Dan and Olivia sign up to write and star in an NYU play, based on an idea by Blair and directed by Vanessa. Meanwhile, Serena turns to Nate for help in a difficult situation, now that Blair is not there. As a favor to Chuck, Jenny agrees to hang out with Damien, an ambassador's son staying in Chuck's hotel, and the experience turned out to be more intriguing than what she thought.
